Hi there. What a great day! Here is my TWIN Day picture from last year. Hee Hee!
Tomorrow is a busy day. We will start the day by skyping in with our friends from Massachusetts. They did reports on our region and we are excited to hear them. Then we will have a quiz on comparing fractions which many kids are bringing home homework in. After that we will squeeze in our Ch. 10 Social Studies test which will be open book. Don't forget their states and capitals test is next Friday. Then we will head into reading, language, and spelling. Kids need to take a practice spelling test tonight for their homework and they must bring the practice test in tomorrow!! Kids can eat with me tomorrow in classroom for lunch if they buy in. After lunch, we will head to Mrs. Hankins classroom for some fun potential and kinetic energy lessons. Finally we will end with a half hour of well deserved Fun Friday time. Kids may play their DS or other portable game systems during that time or they may bring in their camera (digital, regular, or phone) and snap some pictures of their friends. See, I told you we had a busy day ahead. And, on top of all of that...it is TWIN DAY!! Oh my. What have I gotten myself into?
I mentioned some of the activities kids may buy into tomorrow for our Fun Friday, but here is the complete list. Remember each event has a $1 donation attached to it. All money goes toward end of the year field trips.
*Ipod/MP3 Players
*Eat Lunch with the teacher (I love that they still want to do this one :0))
*DS or Game Systems
*Soda after lunch
*Chew Gum
*Camera to take fun pics of friends.

If your child is in my reading class then I am sorry to tell you that YOU (Yes, I mean You the parent) have homework tonight. Your child has a sheet explaining everything for you. Don't worry it only requires you to take a walk down memory lane and share a fun story with your child...and then just a little bit of writing on YOUR part. :0) Have fun together!
Ok, have a great night and we will see your kiddos up and fresh tomorrow morning!
