Tomorrow is a half day. Kids are dismissed at noon. Enjoy!! Hopefully this weather lasts!
Tomorrow we will be writing our letters to the soldiers and attaching them to the boxes of cookies. I want to mail them out over the break. If your child is absent I will just attach a generic note to their box. Those soldiers are hungry! Students will have Thin Mints, Samoa Carmel Delights, or Peanut Butter Patties to choose from. Ask your child which kind they are going to pick for their soldier and write what they say in their planner for a $50 bonus tomorrow at check in.
The kids have music tomorrow. Please remember those recorders. $20 to those that do!!
We started our unit on the Midwest states in Social Studies today. I will post the states and Capitals on the side of this blog. Kids should make some kind of flashcards or matching game to practice them over the break. The test will not be for a few weeks, but get a jump on it now. :0)
