Above is the slideshow of our visit with Jaycee's dad, Dr. Murdock. He is a dentist in the heights! As you can see, we had just eaten our lunch and lunch was pretty stuck to our teeth. Kids learned about three things they need to do every day in order to protect their mouth from cavity bugs. If they can tell you those three things, write them in their planner for an extra $50 bonus at tomorrow's check in. I have also pasted the little video that he had the kiddos watch. Thanks again Dr. Murdock!
This is a short week. Kids have school all day tomorrow and Tuesday. They have a half day, noon dismissal, on Wednesday and then they are out until next Tuesday. WooHoo!! Enjoy your break. I hope that you are able to do something fun.
Grade reports came home last Friday. Attached to some of them were their independent spelling tests. Students that are on test 6 will have their last chance to pass tomorrow. I know they can all do it. Remember they need to get to test 10 by the end of the quarter. I give them a week to pass each test. After that, they receive a failing grade in the grade book.
