We had our first session of testing today and all went great! ALL students did their best. They took their time and they checked their answers. Awesome job 4th graders. We test again tomorrow morning at 10. Please send your child with a protein snack and a "I believe in me" attitude. Yay!
I noticed that almost all students shared their cars with you last night. However, some forgot to bring them back for me to display them in the hallway. The following students need to return their car tomorrow: Jaylon, Nikki, Brooke, Jordan, Zayden, Jacob, Armani, Emma, Tanner, Toby, and Darrion. They were awesome!!! And, I want to share them with the other grades. Thanks.

We have two more days in our Bitterroot Read-A-Thon. All envelopes are due back this Friday. Please, please, please do not forget. Make sure they are filled out completely. All students should be reading at least 24 minutes per evening. This is part of their reading grade, as it replaces the calendar. Also, if students have sponsors please collect and send in that money as well for total minutes read. Thanks!!
In art today, we discovered that Mrs. Snyder has a cool project up her sleeve. Your child came home with a special kind of paper today. They need to draw a design with lots of colors. Then, next Wednesday, she will collect them and send them away to a cool company. The design will be scanned into a machine and made into a magnet. And....all for free!! There will be other things that you can purchase like coffee mugs, shirts, key chains...but the magnet is free. How cool is that . Hanging art work on the fridge takes on a whole new meaning. Kids just love to draw, and now they can have it forever.
